Error in the configuration of Hire template

Hello to all,

We have activated the "Hire Template" functionality in Onboarding to add custom MDF objects to fill data in the form by the Onboardee and that it can be reviewed by the "Final Reviewer".
We have created two custom linked objects to collect the data and add more than one "section". We have added security to the objects so that the first reviewer cannot see this section or fields.

Once the onboardee has added the data and goes to the next step of the "FInal Reviewer", it does not see the data inserted by the onboardee and when trying to send it skips the next error. (We have configured the userConfig and the externalView rule as initialize)

"java.lang.IllegalStateException: com.successfactors.personandemployment.api.servicelayer.exception.ServiceLayerException: Generic Object validation threw error for goType cust_ONBDATOS due to [key=EMPLOYEE_HRIS_GO_MULTIPLE_ICS_FOR_SAME_EC, values=[[64]]]"

Hi there, I am receiving this same issue, and have not been able to resolve this. For me, I see this error when restarting an onboarding process after PDC has already been completed; when the onboardee tries to submit PDC again, they get this error. If the object is non effectively-dated, you can try deleting the original record as a workaround, this has worked for us in testing. Hoping someone has identified the cause of the issue, not sure why this is happening for these custom objects and not others, like Payment Info. Thanks!

Hi We also have the same error but in our case, it related to Pay components. The workaround is same as specified by amarukhnyak.
