Gurus!
I am new to eRecruitment SAP Module
We are implementing EPH5 ECC 6.0 with Erec 6.40 having separate instance scenario
I am facing the following problem of integration of ECC with eRec landscape.
When I run RHALEINI (PFAL), the system does not bring the required HCM data i.e. for Personel its only transferring 0000 and 0001, the other infotypes 0002, 0006, 0007, 0105, 1000 and 1001 are not being transferred
After running the program PHALEINI (PFAL) we have run WE05 and it is showing the screen above.
If you can see from the screen above, there are yellow status which means that there are issues with the connection or data transfer.
We have connected the two system using the information in the following link
http://aspireopenmic.com/2011/07/15/steps-to-set-up-ale-for-separate-erecruiting-instance-2/
Please somebody help us out. It is pretty URGENT requirement.
Regards
SH
Please take note of the pdf attachment in note 997181 as this outlines the integration.
Thanks
Sally

Your distributional model needs to have at least the mandatory infotypes IT0000, IT0001, IT0002, IT0006 subtype 1 and IT105 subtype 001
This is also explained in note 312090 (it mentions for EBP/CRM but is a good reference for E-Rec to show you how exactly the settings needs to be done for IT1001 to replicate position relationships etc as well) but it is recommended as best practise to set as below for the mandatory Infotypes
o Filter group for employees:
- Infotypes: 0000, 0001, 0002
- Objects: P
o Filter group for employees:
- Infotypes: 0006
- Objects: P
- Subtypes: 1
o Filter group for employees:
- Infotypes: 0105
- Objects: P
- Subtypes: 0001, 0010 (0001 is mandatory as based on CP-US relationship which is integral to E-rec)
Also as I mentioned in note 997181, please check the BAdI implementations are all active for your 605 version and also you might find this wiki page useful for the distributional model too;

That's not really the status I meant. In BD87 if you display the Idoc you can again click on a button called 'display idoc' and there you will see on the left navigation side in the above section all data which is transported and in the lower section the status of the Idoc processing.
So in the first section you can check if IT0002 was taken over or not for your employee.

Hi S H,
If you are saying that only IT0 and 1 are getting transferred, check the distribution model in both the systems (BD64).
Thanks,
Santosh.
