Enable Now SSO Issue

My client made some permissions changes cause the security team had issues with creating and assigning roles. As of yesterday, no one can log into Enable Now (Manager and Producer). We're getting SSO issues. Has anyone seen this before or know the cause?

(I assume just clicking the "Alternative: Log on with your SSO ID" link doesn't do anything?)

If they made any changes to the IAS and/or IDP then you may need to get SSO set up again. In the meantime, as Susan says, you can use manual IDs - find out who has the Super Admin ID as that is always manual / always available, and then at least you can get into SEN and create manual IDs for your Authors to keep working until they fix whatever they did wrong. If you have Learners/application users trying to get in and they can't either, and it's urgent, you could maybe switch off SSO and enable Anonymous access (but check with SAP first...).

SAML users must be authenticated by your SAML Identity provider. You cannot login manually with a SAML SSO user. You can login in manually with a user created in Enable Now. You could login with your superadmin user this way or with any other user created in the Manager itself.

If you've made changes to your SAML mapping or your IAS tenant and your SSO is no longer working, you may want to open an incident to get help.
