Hi,

does the Enable automatic user deactivation feature work retroactively?

I mean, if I mark the 30-day interval today, does the system deactivate users who haven't logged in for 30 days?

Regards

Correct. That's how it works. If no login attempts have been made in a specified period, then the user account will be deactivated.

With SSO activated, "Login" means "Consumed any content" - whether this is via Learner View, the Trainer, SAP Companion, or direct links.

I did this not being aware that it would instantly deactivate the people. But then took comfort in this video: https://dam.sap.com/mac/app/e/video/embed/AKqBNEB?ltr=a&rc=10 which indicated they'd be reactivated just as easily. However this has not turned out to be the case. Instead they get a message "your account was locked" and even when I manually make them active they get another error. Manual reactivation AND the user clearing their google browsing data resolves the issue but this isn't very practical - any guidance would be appreciated!
