Hello all,
We have one employee that has been unable to log into SuccessFactors via SSO since she came on board with our organization. The user is prompted with this error message every time she attempts to navigate to SuccessFactors.
Our typical troubleshooting methods have not worked thus far, and even in working with our partner we have not been able to determine a cause. Has anyone ran into an issue similar to this? It is just one user in the entire organization that this is happening to.

If the issue is not resolved with these checks, review the below settings.
1. User's login method and ensure it is set to SSO
2. If IAS is enabled, check if the user is setup correctly in IAS.
3. If logging in from your corporate IDP, check the SAML assertion being passed to SuccessFactors has the required information.
