Employee Central | Cascading Picklists

Hi experts,

i have a problem, I want configure a new Cascading Picklist with CSV... and I add the column parentOptionId as appear in the 2088678 - Legacy Picklists: How to Setup Cascading Picklists - Platform

But it does not work, appear all items in the picklist, instead the filtered values.

How can configure it?
