Hi all,
We've been encountering issues with duplicate records in Story reports when using data from Performance Tables. There was a previous post recommending we build the query starting with the Performance Form template which still results in duplicate records. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi,
It will depend on how you created your query but be aware that when a form is not yet completed then you can get multiple rows because the employee can still be rating, the manager can still be rating and other participant can still be rating. For each participant you will get an additional row. You can work with filters to get the row you would like to see. For example from the manager.
Kind regards,
Jeroen

Thanks @JeroenA !
I have managed to work around these duplicates using filters. However whenever I include the form's Template Name (not just the ID) I will get two rows for each form. And that is after filtering on the form's step type. Do you have any insights as to why the form template names returns duplicates? I have managed to work around this as well with just using the form template ID's for my reports, but to end users that might be less intuitive.
Regards,
Torbjørn
