Downloading Learning Certificates for inactive users

Hi,

I would like to know if we have any possibilities of downloading the Learning certificates for inactive users. As I see neither proxy option for admin nor manager can download the certificate.

You should be able to run a 'Certificate of Completion' report on the inactive users

Hi, The user is Inactive and as an admin if I run report custom certificate is not showing up

It's still possible to run the Certificate of Completion report via the Learning admin side for inactive users. Can you clarify the steps being taken to run the report? And did you customize the "Certificate of Completion" report used by admins? I just tested the standard one and it's working

Even I could run the report for inactive users but the specific courses have custom certificates which when I run via reports doesn't give them instead standard certificates is showing up.
