Displaying Images in Web Assistant

Hello,

Is there a way to add an image or screenshot in a Web Assistant hotspot, but not as a link? I want the image to display when a user hovers over the help icon. I know text can be displayed, of course, as well as links to open an image, but can it be added directly into the displayed help? Unsurprisingly, I didn't have any luck with pasting, but hitting the yellow + icon in Producer and selecting any of the "Insert..." options had no effect. Any suggestions? Many thanks for the help.

Hi Patrick,

as Dirk wrote, you can add images to any bubble in the edit mode in Manager or of course in Producer.

I just tried and it worked fine for me to add an image from the workarea to a guided tour bubble.

Still not working for me - I can insert an object (image or video) and it looks OK in the Web Editor, but when I display the help tile, it contains space for the objects but doesn't display them (see image). Like I say, I there's an open incident (mine was 241546 / 2021, closed as a 'known limitation') so I don't know the number - best I have is a reference of XRAY-1586, which I assume is an internal number.

Thank you both for the responses. I have been running into the same issue as you, Dirk. It will allow me to add it in Web Editor and shows up well everywhere except in the Web Assistant help tile. Not sure how long this issue has been known about, but is there any way to track when it gets resolved?
