Defaulting to the legacy home page - H2 2024 (New Learning Experience)

We have a question, regarding the new learning experience - defaulting the legacy home page in the H2 2024 release.

Can you please confirm the correct approach, to make sure that when the production release takes place - we will still see the legacy home page as the default one?

@elissavereeken, “Disable New Learning Experience” box shouldn't be checked and “New Learning Experience switch default setting” should be “Off”.

@PL1: Since 2H 2024 there is only the 2md switch. And, unfortunately, this does not work. You can no longer default to the legacy version only. The user is always able to switch to ILX...

But this one only determines which homepage version the user will see when he enters the LMS. Is is not possible to remove the toggle for him, so that he cannot switch to ILX. But that is exactly what we need because the ILX still has missing important functions and UX bugs!

That's right. The "Disable New Learning Experience" option has been removed with the 2411 version.
