While Integrating  the employee data from SF to S4Hana , for only few employee the errors are popping  in the SLG1 transaction, stating that the the " Date .. contains invalid character and info type 2 is incorrect . Kindly help on the above.

I have seen this similar error, though it's for between Infotype 15 and the secondary infotype 3430.

I would recommend you to check, the data in the secondary infotype of Infotype 2. You will need to identify the field and then look the secondary infotype details.

The way we could handle as an adhoc measure was to put a valid date, save the record and then remove the values and save the record again.

Though the replication logic should be evaluated just to check why was the date stored with . . or /  / characters in the secondary infotype.
