Data extraction ways from LMS to target system

Hello All,

We are finding the ways to extract the data from LMS, Is it feasible through reports?

If through reports do we have to load the data in sequence to the target system?ex like the domain data and then the user data and then the learning data ?

There is a document called Connector Workbook. That has all of the processes for importing into SuccessFactors LMS. In most cases, yes you would build a report in your legacy system to extract the data that is needed. From that extraction you would cleanse the data and transform to fit the SF format and entities that were decided upon during your workshop (should be in your configuration workbook). There are certain entities like Questions, Quiz and Exams that use the Import templates which can be exported from the SF LMS.
