Hello Community,
I would like to find out if any LMS Admin has an experience in setting up this scenario in LMS and how did you make it automatic in assignment profile?
1. Curricula Requirement - assigned to user on hire date via assignment profile, video training, required, completion in 30 days since assignment, 12 language options = 12 items in curricula
> Mandatory to complete 1 item from the curricula requirement to complete this course
> this is a long version of code of business conduct
2. Curricula - after 365 days since completion date of the 1st curricula requirement a user gets assigned video training short version, completion 30 days since assignment, 12 language options = 12 items in curricula

Currently our issue lies with the 2nd curricula, where the assignment doesn't happen through AP and is a manual process for Admin to identify who completed the first curricula requirement and when, when this happens the 2nd curricula is assigned manually and after that a yearly retraining is triggered on the 2nd curricula.
Desired outcome:
New hire completes within 30 days mandatory full video version of COC training (in their preferred language) and in 365 days since completion date of the full training a second short version training of COC is automatically assigned, as yearly recurrence going forward.

I am not an expert myself regarding LMS but I could give you an idea on how I would do it without having much experience:
Maybe this would help at least with the automatic assignment and forcing to have the first one completed.
As a quick question, are all the training videos? if they are scorm files you could group them in the same item. If they are videos it would be a bit more complicated.
