CPM - hide meeting

Is there an option to hide the "Meeting" button in Continuous Performance Management?

We currently do not allow separate Role Based Permissions for the Capture Meeting button - so if a certain group of users have access to edit activities/achievements/other topics, they will all have access to Meeting Mode and Capture Meeting functionality The only way to disable the Capture Meeting button would be to disable edit activities/achievements/other topics completely.
