Hello,
We are experiencing issues with Continuous Performance Management using the latest Home Page. Not using latest CPM. Users can request feedback and the email is generated and the request is received via email. The email has a link and it takes the user to the home page. However, the request is not on any tile or card on the home page and there is no where to provide feedback. Does the latest Home Page act differently? If so, how do I get the request to appear here? I do not see an option to enable feedback requests to appear from Manage Home Page>Quick Action

Susan, we have found the same thing. Testing latest CPM with New Home Page right now, it only appears in the To-Do notifications, which is not ideal for us either.
Also, I'm not sure if it's a defect, but there is no notification IN SuccessFactors when you receive feedback, only emails. I raised a ticket, hopefully it's only a defect.
