Configuration file could not be loaded in LMS

We have uploaded a zipped scorm package to JKO (our LMS) and are getting this error when user clicks on jumplinks for different TOC topics after starting the course. Any ideas on what we need to do differently in SETTINGS to allow learner to freely click on any topic in the TOC?

Hi pgarguilo,

Ran the quick test in the SCORM Cloud for the course with the similar structure: table of content (Test) with links to other pages (Next Page, Next Next Page, Next Next Next Page)

All links work as expected, I was able to navigate from the Test page to other pages.

I noticed, that your error message has OWASP_CSRFTOKEN as a part of the URL. In my case URLs to the course pages don't contan that.

Seems like this OWASP_CSRFTOKEN was applied by some kind of security tool that your company or LMS are using to prevent CSRF attacks.

Summary:

1) Check whether short links are used:

2) Check whether all resources/dependant objects are available.

2) Find out what tool causes that OWASP_CSRFTOKEN insertion.

Kind Regards, Anton

Thank you so much for your input and screenshots! FYI - My ISD/SEN experts took other opportunities and I'm left trying to figure it out (I don't mind). But it means I have to ask basic questions like:
1. How do I make sure all resources are published and available?
2. Where do I find the Short Links option?

I'll definitely check w/our IT guys - it's an Army project and there are tons of security checks/measures.

1) Just select the Resources folder in Producer, right-click, select Server Bulk Actions - Change Workflow for All Objects and make sure that Publish checkbox is ticked.

2) Normally, all the links to the content in the SAP Enable Now workarea are local. If you see the name of the object in the Link to field (like on my screenshot), then you are fine.

(1) Make sure all your Resources are Published. (2) make sure you include Include Dependent Objects when you generate the SCORM package.
