Concurrent Employment / Rehire with new employment: Reuse Data Records from Custom MDF Objects

Hi,

Is there any way to reuse Data from the previous employment (Empoyment Data and Custom MDF Data) in case of concurrent employment or rehire with new employment? 

If there is no standard way, is there any known Workaround?
