[Compensation] Unexpected Weighted Calculation

Dear Support,

we have configured a Performance Form composed by three different sections: Business Goals, Individual Quantitative and Individual Qualitative Goals.

The Form is based on a Goal Plan with an overall weight of 100%. 

The Client has no specific technical constraint on the weight given to each objective and all the sections don't have a specific weight in the form themselves.

Considering this flexible structure, the Client has the possibility to insert a more than a goal in each section if needed or only a goal for each section.

In Compensation Module we have configured two different fields (totalIndividualRating and totalTeamRating) in which we are expecting to receive from the Performance Module the "Done" field from the Goal Plan.

In particular "totalIndividualRating" should show the sum of the "Done" fields of all the goals of the form section "Individual Quantitative Goals".

The Section "totalTeamRating " should show the sum of the "Done" fields of all the goals of the form section "Individual Qualitative Goals".

This field is calculated by the Client in the goal plan as: "Achievement Percentage" x "Objective Weight".

If we have only a goal in each section we are able to retrieve what we are expecting (Done="Achievement Percentage" x "Objective Weight").

If we have more than one goal in each section the system seems to apply a division weighted by the weight of each objective available in that section.

For example if you have two goals (both with weight=20%) the system sums "Done" field of both goals and then divide the result for two. If we have two goals with different weight the system sum "Done" field of both goals and then divide the result for another value based on the weight assigned to each goal.

Is this an expected behaviour?  If yes, there is the possibility to apply a change to this type of calculation?

We are configuring a prototype (Due date 11.22) for Goal Plan with more than a goal for section and this behaviour makes the worksheet unusable.
