I was wondering if anyone has experience with the following scenario and if you can give us some of the pro's/con's that you have experienced.
Using the compensation module, you launch the worksheets with data from EOY 12/31, in late January. Business begins planning in late January-February, with a goal to complete this by mid-February. We then publish the data back from Comp Planning into EC with a 1/1 effective date.
I have only experienced this process with a with a future date for the new merit record. We are trying to understand the capabilities and how the data would publish back, realizing that there will be top of stack records in EC, etc.
