Compensation plan template is not visible in Import Employee Data

I  created a new compensation plan template and am trying to define eligible users for comp publishing via Basic Import option. However, I am unable to see the comp plan template created in Basic Import > Compensation Options > Compensation template drop down.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Hi @AJFelix 

Check if you have this checkbox checked in Actions for all plans > 

If it is checked then you need to give yourself access to the template in RBP.

Thanks for the recommendation! I checked the setting mentioned and it is disabled in our production instance 😞

Then I don't know unfortunately, it's probably a permission issue. If you have access to Provisioning I would try to a RBP refresh. If not then maybe create a ticket to support so they can get access to your environment to look at this. Thanks
