Hello,
we are considering to run a performance reviews without 1 overall rating. We would like to use Overall Result (goals) and Overall Competences assessment, so have 2 performance ratings. Has anyone of you did it or considering it. If yes, how do you plan to working with Merit increase? Will you link those 2 ratings to the Compensation form?
Request clarification before answering.
Hello @xavierlegarrec
I agree with you, but I think there is another easier workaround, we can add 2 rating source for the same item (Ex. Salary), 1st rating source we use reading from a PM form and choose (Overall competency), then we add another rating source also for (Salary) and select form (None), then we select (EC field mapping) and choose (Employee profile) then we mapp it to field (Overall objective) which should be applied in the employee profile, and rating type (Overall objective), so by this we will have 2 rating source for Salary, one overall competency rating and another one using overall objective rating, as cleared below, note that the (EC field) here is just an example.

Hi mostafa.elhefnawy
You wouldn't be able to use the standard guideline table from Compensation with this design. I think that's the part you are missing. In Admin UI you can define several ratings mappings indeed. But it will take whichever comes first in reality to populate the one and on only standard rating column on the Compensation side that can be used to drive guidelines.
All the best
Xavier
