Do you know if SAP SuccessFactors has any Profile/User/Skill comparison features?
For example, the system makes a comparison with what is in the current position and what is not in the future position, and shows what is missing for the Employee to do.
• In SAP HCM you have this comparison, what you have in the current X future position (skills).
• What is needed for the job and what the person has.

In SuccessFactors we use the term competencies for those abilities required for a job code. These are heritated to positions.
So when you have modules like Performance and Goals, Succession and Development you can use these competencies libraries.
The function you mentioned, to identify what are my actual competencies and the new competencies I need for a new job will appear in the Development module.
Even in Succession we are able to search successors based on their qualifications to fill a position.
