cannot create new report in LMS

I am wondering why there is not any possibility to create new or customize existing reports in LMS learning administration?

There is using the Plateau Report Designer (PRD) inside of the LMS. You should be able to download it in the preview environment on the reports page, if you have the proper access. We utilize this all the time at my company. It's not the most user friendly tool and does require some SQL knowledge.

May I ask what is needed to have access to this PRD? I am allegedly an admin with all permissions, but still can't see this option.

@BromikosHarry: The PRD is connected to the development instance of SFSF LMS. On the admin page for reports you will find the download option at the top of the page.

In your preview instance (you cannot do this in production), you'll be able to to download it from the report tab, if you have the Reports Developer role. We have to have SAP add the role every time we refresh our preview instance, so if it's not available in yours. you may need to open a ticket. Once you have the proper access, you should see Learning Report Designer on the Report tab of the reports page. Once you click there, it will give you the download and all the information to be able to connect to your preview instance. There is some training out there on the PRD tool and you will also need the Data Dictionary with all the tables and field if you want to add additional information to any report.
