Can regular employees use Document Generation to self service employment letters?

HR administrators can use Generate Document to create employment letters for employees currently. Is there a feature where we can allow employees to self service and create these letters themselves?

It seems that solutions like Joule & Copilot are now capable of searching this archive for answers to questions and what has been included here seemed out of date.

As of 2024, you can goto the internal SAP One Portal and follow the self service instructions to generate employment verification letters of various kinds. This link is for US employees but others can just type employment verification in the search bar and your region may be listed.
