Bulk creation of assignment profile rules in LMS/Learning

Morning all,

We have assignment profiles in LMS based on Job Code.  And there are a lot of them.  We need to add a rule to all the existing Assignment Profiles to delay Onboardees being assigned their "hired" learning assignments (ie. IsOnboardee = No).

We are wondering if there is ANY way of doing this en masse rather than manually updating of 800 or so Assignment Profiles.

Any ideas, however wild and wonderful, gratefully received!

We did similar by adding to exclude dormant profiles on every assignment profile. We have over 3500 profiles and updated each manually as we have been advised there is no way to bulk load or update assignment profiles.

Hi,

We use a custom field on the learner, updated every month via data upload to specific these as NewHires, Transfers or Exception.

On selected APM, these are excluded or included. 

We use data import in a simple excel, as this simply adds to data coming from BizX interface.

We tried to use the completion of the full OnBoarding program as trigger to "remove the New Hire status", but that did not work well.
