Hello,
We are seeing the following error when triggering crossboarding from RCM: BPE Error: jobInfo : ???HRIS_ERROR_INVALID_TIMEZONE???
This error doesn't occur for an external hire.
Does anyone have any insights on what could be causing this issue and how to fix it?

Hello,
The issue was due to a dummy mapping to the timezone field in Recruit-to-hire mapping. Removing the mapping and making the field non-mandatory in Manage Business Configuration fixed the issue.
