Bonus Plan Proration on EndDate Variable Pay

Hello Experts,

The request is to include in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation #variable Pay#process employees that are terminated through out the campaign

However, in order for the system to return the correctly prorated Payout, we need to implement proration based on Termination Date. Currently, the system returns Proration 100% 

When an employee is a new hire, the system automatically calculates the Proration based on the Hire Date, is it possible for the same to occur with Termination Date?  @xavierlegarrec  do you have any suggestions ?

Hi @Konstantina 

Yes it is possible and standard feature in Variable Pay.

You need to make sure to set up your records business rule correctly to only retrieve Active records.
