Hi Team,
We have a requirement on eligibility year for benefit type reimbursement, currently i can see benefit schedules are based on the calendar days, whereas our requirement to calculate year starting from hire date.
Example:
Employee A joined in 15 April 2023 so from this date the year calculation should start for eligibility and year completes on 14th April 2024 , so next eligibility should start from 15th April 2024 in stead of current calendar month Jan.
currently our requirement is employee is only eligible for benefit after he completes 11 months from hire date , this is done with eligibility rule, however, the above mentioned scenario from next year calculation for next eligibility is the concern.
Request you to please help on this for any work around or custom solution that we can think of achieving this .
