I have a request to automatically book 3 days of leave (i.e. absences from a Time Account) for company closing days. I have managed this with an upload, but for new employees that have joined since the upload was completed, we are having to manually add the absences.
Is there a way to automate the deduction of absences from a Time Account on hire? I have suggested to make the days a type of public holiday and reduce the holiday balance, but we would prefer to deduct the leave days from the Time Account.
