Hi Experts,
Can anyone provide guidance on is there any limit to "total attachment space" in LMS.
Scenario:
In our project we have technical certificates provided by external agencies uploaded by users. We have already extended utilization space to 3.9GB, however this is going to be exhausted soon and there might be a request from client side to increase it further.
In case we further increase the size will there be any LMS operations issues? Is there any prescribed limit the attachment space can be increased?
Will appreciate your suggestion/guidance on the same.
Thanks
Abhishek

Thanks Johann for the quick response.
I went through the complete article as part of the link shared, however no where SAP has mentioned about any limit for the attachment utilization space. PFB the quote from SAP.
They have just mentioned- "Set it to reasonable no", but what is that reasonable no. which should not impact LMS system performance is what I am struggling to figure out.
Any suggestion is welcome here.
totalAttachmentSpaceAllocatedKBThe totalAttachmentsSpaceAllocatedKB property value is the total amount of space (in KB) allowed in the database for attachments. Set it to a reasonable number to keep your database growth under control. The attachments space email notification (an Automatic Process: System Administration Automatic Processes Exceeded Attachment Space Email Notification) notifies an administrator when the size of the attachments in the database reaches a percentage of the total space allocated here.
Thanks
Abhishek
