I'm trying to create a report of those employees who become managers for the first time in the year 2023.

Please refer to the following steps:

1. Access the Report Center: Log in to your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to the Report Center. This is where you can create and manage reports.

2. Create a New Report: Click on the "Create a New Report" or similar option to start building a new report.

3. Select the Relevant Data Source: Choose the appropriate data source that contains the necessary information about employee management changes. In this case, you would likely select the "Employee Central" or "Employee Data" data source.

4. Define Report Criteria: Set up the report criteria to filter for employees who became managers for the first time in 2023. To do this, you will need to identify the specific fields in the data source that indicate an employee's manager status and the date of their first-time promotion to a manager role. Typically, you would use fields like "Manager Flag" or "Position Start Date" in combination with appropriate filters.

5. Customize Report Columns: Customize the columns of the report to include relevant employee data such as names, employee IDs, manager status, and promotion dates. Add the necessary fields from the data source to display the desired information.

6. Apply Filters and Sorting: Apply any additional filters or sorting options to further refine the report results. For example, you may want to filter by employment status or organizational unit.
