what is the best practice for managers and HRBPs to access the manager dashboard? There no longer is a link to the manager dashboard on the new learning home page experience.

Hello, 

we will provide access directly to the manager view from the new learning experience, but it is not yet available. In the meantime, managers can use the switch at the top of the page to go back to the legacy experience, where all their pages and links can be accessed as they are used to.
