  • Total Compensation Planning Template (released Q2 2018)  A new total compensation planning template provides planners with a single view into total cash compensation for improved decision making. This simplifies configuration of salary, stock and bonus into one plan template with a consolidated set of admin tools that increases admin efficiency.

  • Custom Views (released Q4 2017)  With custom views, compensation planners can now more easily access and view comprehensive employee information directly from the compensation worksheet and executive review. For example, compensation planners and managers can more quickly access and view benefits, successors, compensation statement history and performance rating information needed to make pay decisions.

  • Mass Action feature (released Q3 2017)  With the mass action feature, HR and business leaders can more simply apply changes to a group of compensation recommendations directly from the executive review. For example, they can more easily solve budget overspend and underspend scenarios, or apply strategic funds to reward superior performance across groups or the whole organiza­tion.
