This blog post introduces you to the recently published SuccessFactors Implementation Design Principle (SFIDP) document: SAP SuccessFactors Learning: Sustainable System Design Implementation Design Principle documents are owned and managed by SAP SuccessFactors Product Management who engage and collaborate with select, interested partners along with SAP Professional Service to tap the rich implementation experience that is distilled in the document after a formalized product review process before wider publication.

This IDP explains some SuccessFactors Learning topics that are crucial during the LMS implementation.

Business Requirements

Without a good understanding of key learning system features, best practices, recommendations, customers will encounter numerous challenges that generate rework, issues, and high-effort maintenance.

To prevent these situations, it is recommended to design a learning configuration as best, sustainable and effective way as possible.

We all know how the User Experience is important not only for the general HR process but also for learning where it normally reflects the culture of the organization. For this reason, this chapter gives good hints on how to improve the Learning User Experience.
