Yes, it is already March and the first SAP SuccessFactors release is out. Let me give you a short summary of my personal highlights:

If you are following my blogs, you know that my favorite solutions are SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Visa & Permits Management. In this release we connect those two solutions. Using those two solutions it is now possible to manage visa and permits issuance within in the recruiting process; passports and other documents can be used in the process.

But this is not all in our Q1 2019 release for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution. In addition, internal candidates can experience better internal career sites. Last year we launched the new Career Site Builder functionality to allow organizations make an appealing career site with little or no technology skills. Another capability we launched last year is candidate relationship management. Those two capabilities were only available for external recruiting. With release you can now build internal career sites by using the career site builder. By using our candidate relationship management capabilities recruiters can build internal talent pools, set up targeted e-mail campaigns, and create landing pages.

Do have a company Facebook page? If so, you can post jobs from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution to your page directly as well as to Facebook Jobs.

Finally, I want to mention our new partnership and global reseller agreement with Kronos Workforce Dimensions solution as SAP Time Management by Kronos. With this new partnership we keep our promise to deliver advanced, innovative time and attendance capabilities that support SAP SuccessFactors HCM, as well as the Intelligent Enterprise. Kronos Workforce Dimensions is highly rated by Gartner as the future Workforce Management platform.
