In this Blog, We cover some of the unique features that is offered by SAP Successfactors LMS. These enable us in creating an effective and engaging Learning and Development experience to Employees along with ensuring the Organizational Goals are met. All of this while ensuring that the entire process is effort and cost efficient.


Apart from the mainstream features which is expected of any basic LMS such as Training Creation and Assignment, We’ll be specifically focusing on those which are more novel in nature and enhance the overall Talent Management in an Organization.

  • Customized UI for different audience in the Organization.



This helps us in providing more personalised experience to the Users. The  Leadership Level Employee can have a different look and feel to his/her LMS and an Associate level can have different experience as per the Organizational need.
