Withholding Tax in Manage Supplier Line Items

Dear all

When I have inputed W/Tax Base and WTax Amt in "Create Incoming Invoice" , I inquire about this item for which from Menu > Document > Display , Withholding Tax is displayed on Display Document: Line Item screen.

However, when I inquire about same Item in "Manage Supplier Line Items", Withholding Tax is displayed as 0.

Please tell me how to display Withholding Tax in "Manage Supplier Line Items".

Dear Ayumi,

The app "Manage Supplier Line Items" supports only Withholding-Tax-related fields which are used in the  so called "Classic Withholding Tax" mode. As you observe that these fields are not updated, you probably use the "Extended Withholding Tax" mode. Please refer to this documentation for more information: SAP Help: Withholding Tax. The following post also provides an overview about Withholding Taxes in S4 HANA Cloud - SAP Community.

Extended Withholding Tax supports different tax types and tax codes per supplier line item and hence there can be more than one Withholding Tax  data record per supplier line item. This "One to Many" relationship between supplier line item and withholding tax data record is the reason why it is not possible to display the withholding tax data records in the table of supplier line items.

Thank you for your confirmation.

I now understand why it is not possible to display the withholding tax data records in the "Manage Supplier Line Items" list.

Is there another list like "Manage Supplier Line Items" that allows me to check the withholding tax data for supplier line item?

I can check the withholding tax data by checking item details, but I would like to know if there is a way to check it in a list.
