When using the MASS BP copy transaction FD15 the first names went missing

Good day 

When doing the mass transaction FK15 and FD15, the first name on the BP number (table BUT000, FIELD NAME_FIRST) went missing. I tried several OSS notes (3033442, 2962810) but it has been implemented already. Anyone with the same issue and how to resolve it, please?
