Hi dear SAP Community,
we are migrating an SAP ECC 6.0 System to S4HANA 2023 SP 01.
In our first testing migration we found some secondary cost accounts in FS00 that where created in SKA1 table (chart of accounts) but not in the company code. We checked the issue in ECC and found out that it happened for those cost accounts which we don't have transactional data in the current year for.
Table COSS: contains transaction data in 2020 or earlier
Table COKL contains "empty" plan data, means customer planned in KP27 based on "past data'", but didn't actively enter any plan values (only zero values) for the current period 2024.
Finally, these secondary accounts are not needed any more in future, so the idea is, to delete them or mark for deletion in ECC. But what will SUM do with secondary cost accounts in S4HANA, which where deleted in ECC starting with the current period but for which we have old transactional data? Will it be the same result as in the first round or na different behaviour.
Regards
Olga
Hi Juan, I confirm that we do not migrate to Cloud, but private edition. Kind Regards
