Validation error and skipping requested - Nota Fiscal

Hi,

We are trying to cancel a Nota Fiscal document (export) in SAP. And the activity states that it is in progress (no action required) but the status flag is not processed (red).

system communication status : 9

Messaging system status: V

Do we need to correct the document before we cancel it or how can we check the validation error caused in this outbound Nota Fiscal document. Kindly advise.

Hi Im also facing the same Error message : New system communication status "Sent to Messaging System (XI,...)" is not allowed for previous SCS "Validation Error & Skipping.

Can somebody help...

Dear Satya

The Nota Fiscal is already numbered? If not check if the there is a scheduled job for de program J_1BNFECALLRFC, this program is responsable to set the NF-e number and send to the authorities.

Give a double click at status flag, then will appear the reason fo the error, give a screenshot and send it to the thread, will be easier identifie the cause  of the error.
