Users not getting same data even with same Access Profiles

Hi All,

As part of our testing , we changed the security profiles to test different scenrios for different user roles.

Two users were given exactly same Member Access Profiles/ Task Profile/ Team and then both were able to access same BPF.

But one of them is not able to see the Transactional Data in input schedule and reports.

Please guide with some solution.

Are you receiving any error message?

I think you did a mistake into setup of member user access.

I suggest to give full access to both users to see if they are able to see all data.

After that you have to add restrictions into member access profile one by one to see when is broken.

Hi Sorin

1. No error message received.

2. BPF opens up for both the users.

3. Same Member Access Profiles for both the users.

The data is still not visible for one of the users.

Please suggest some other link to resolve it.

So the security is the problem.

Probably you have the second user into a team which has some restrictions.

If you are opening the secure dimensions from action pane for both users are you seeing the same members?

is it One of the users the same with login windows user?
