User audit logs in EMS

Hello there,

Is it possible to get a full audit history of what actions a user has performed against what entitlements? We know that the system logs any changes made to an entitlement and the business reason / justification. But can this data be extracted for analysis and audit purposes?

Hi Tom & Wing Kee,

EMS does not have extract function for all change history of entitlements for now. In Audit Trail report, user could export entitlements with last change info. For all change history, you need to expand change history by clicking entitlement record one by one.

One alternative way is using entitlement query API to query entitlement and carrying all history record, but one time query have upper limit of 1000 entitlements record.
