Unable to execute Create Add. List for Advance Return on Sales/Purchase Tax app in the background

Hello!

I would like to confirm if there is a way to activate the "Execute in Background" function in the Add. List for Advance Return on Sales/Purchase Tax app (S_ALR_87012359)

Currently, it is greyed out and we are unable to execute in background. 

Is there a way to activate the function?
