Unable to delete environment after upgrade

Hello

We recently upgraded BPC Microsoft 10 to 10.1. I have migrated environments after the upgrade. But when i try to delete the environment from BPC Admin, it throws an error. It only deletes OLAP cube, but stops the process after that.
