Transfer of Payment file to SFTP via Public Cloud

Hello All,

I'm seeking advice on how to establish a connectivity path for transferring payment files Via public cloud to clients SFTP. After executing the automatic payment program on public cloud , when payment is posted successfully I'm getting output of file in 'Payment Media' from where i can easily download the file.

After downloading the file from payment media, I upload it manually to the portal provided by the bank. This manual process works fine, but my client wants the file to be sent to its SFTP. Is there a way to automate this process?

The standard solution provided by SAP is 1EG, which is not applicable for Australia. Other scope items, 16R and 2YM, are licensed, and the client does not want to use them. 

Is there a solution other than 1EG, 16R, and 2YM that can be used to establish a connectivity path for transferring payment files via public cloud to clients' SFTP? I need to know the best possible way out which I can use for integration.
