Dear comunity,
I'm trying to work with the embedded version of BPC 10.1, however I'm facing a challenge with the time dimension, the issue is about the creation of members in time dimension, because I don't find the way to create members in it.
How do you work this issue, it has anyone any suggestion?
Thanks
Best Regards,
Mario
Hi Mario,
In BW Time type InfoObjects are loaded from the Source System which is usually ERP. So, maintain your members in that system and then run Transfer from that system.

Hi Gersh, hope you are doing well,
Gersh, yes, the time tyoe infoobjects are loaded from S/4 for example, howerver you can maintain the time infoobjects in BW too, and you can change the predefined years, nevertheless the problem is that I can see the values in analyzer but don't in the epm add-in.

Hi Mario,
Is your Embedded on S/4 or on another system. If it's in S/4 then Time is maintained in IMG and not loaded from anywhere. If it's a different system then it's loaded from S/4.
What does it mean that you can't see the values: when you do a drop down or when you run a report? When you say "analyzer" do you mean BEx Analyzer or AO?

Gersh
Hi Gersh,
Yes, my system is on S/4 and as you say the time dimension is maintained in the IMG,
The problem is this:
I built a input ready query for the query designer:
And whe I execute the query through analyzer I can see the variables:
However, when I try with the epm add-in I'm getting the following screen:
There is a note for the SP10 and SP11 of BW:
2298037 - Reports and Input forms show a blank screen in EPM Add-in
Howerver we are using BW 7.4 SP 14 that is the last one.

Mario
