The issue is that while creating an SAP Access Request, HANA DB Roles and System is not showing up as available. The HANA DB Connectors were setup couple of weeks back in GRC system [SAP GRC AC 12.0 sp12], all the technical configuration steps were completed. Several Access Requests were submitted, approved, and provisioned in HANA DB.
But now while submitting an access request HANA DB system and roles are not available in the search. Confirmed all the connector config steps again and there is no change. Re-ran the AUTH & REP sync jobs with no errors. Various table such as GRACUSER, GRACUSERCONN, GRACROLE, GRACRLCONN are getting updated. The role search in BRM is showing the role with correct attributes for provisioning etc. But the Roles are not showing in search in Access Request.
