SAP GRC LDAP Sync fetches wrong field for the manager

Hello Expert,

There is a new requirement in my company to have manager approvals as part of the workflow .

When I checked the GRACUSER table the manager id has the wrong field from AD .

IE the program is fetching the right record but instead of fetching the user alias of the manager , its fetching the unique ID . I want to understand where can we change the mapping

data sources has both LDAP and SAP systems , LDAP systems tops the sequence list

If Find operation is failing then it means data is not fetched. You can check your LDAP SERVER settings to make sure everything is correct. To make sure connection is fine use the "Connection Test" button in LDAP Server.

If that also failed then definitely its issues with LDAP connection.

Thanks Bhushan for the response .. This issue is actually because of LDAP sync not happening properly .

LDAP sync is not fetching data , We have checked all configs from GRC side , ran ldap disgnostic tool . mapping looks good. everything looks fine from GRC side.

when I run find from LDAP tcode it says operation failed with return code LDAPRC001 . We reached out to SAP and the answer was the issue is with AD .

But our AD team is not ready to accept it as its syncs fine with another tool called IGL (RSA Archer) .
