SAP BPC NW 10: Error with parallel hierarchy

Hi experts!!!

I'm experimenting a problem with a parallel hierarchy while opening reports and input schedules. if I select a member from the main hierarchy the report expands without problem but if I select the same member but the one that is located in the other hirarchy the report shows the following error.

any ideas?

Hi,

Any member displayed in the template is displayed as [dimname].[hierarchyname].[memberID].

Please make sure that your members are picked from hierarchy 2 in the EPMOlapMemberO function.
