SAP BPC 10 - Update hierarchy based on member property value

Is there any developed code (badi) in order to update hierarchy based on member property values?

I found a solution on the SAP Community but no code found to achieve this (https://blogs.sap.com/2015/07/24/converting-flat-hierarchy-to-true-hierarchy/)

First: incorrect primary tag: SAP Business Planning and Consolidation for Public Sector, option for SAP NetWeaver

please change it to correct secondary:

SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, version for SAP NetWeaver

Second - you don't need a badi, I have answered this question number of times:

After import master data from BW export MD to text file with a fixed name and then import this file with mapping of property to PARENTH1.

P.S. For sure you can create a routine badi yourself but what is the benefit?

If you need to have single root parent for all members then in the import transformation file:

*MAPPING

PARENTH1=IF(ID=*STR(ALL) THEN *STR(); *STR(ALL))
